Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency.
- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
- Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required. Two-wheeler is mandatory. CTC – Metro – 3.53 LPA+TA+Incentives. Non-Metro – 3.03 LPA+TA+Incentives.
11. Colour Academy - Training Associate (TA) – Job Purpose – To conduct training batches for participants, as per the course guidelines. Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training the participant, theoretically as well as on practical’s
- Handling the queries and doubts of the participants Regularly evaluate the capability of helper painter, train him and if required arrange the same in coordination with TO/Sr. TO
- Ensure complete engagement of the participants during training Assist the MO in conducting shop meets, teaser trainings at dealer counters, on site trainings.
- Capture & record the local market practices during discussion with the Participants. Use demonstration tools during trainings as much as possible to make understand the training for participants.
- Optimum use of resources available in Academy like paint materials, panels & other consumable items.
- Arrange all the material required in training.
- Site visit to understand the concerns or more inputs from painters
- Record the material consumption data after each & every training Provide on site support as and when required by participants.
- Conduct site visits for checking basic hygiene of site for delivery when he is not engaged for training.
