Field Level Sales (FLS)
Location: Chennai | Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide a team of FLS executives towards monthly & quarterly targets
Generate leads through field visits, local activations, and networking
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to promote Casagrand properties
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals effectively
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure seamless documentation, reporting, and CRM updates
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive referrals
What We're Looking For:
2-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate
Team handling or supervisory experience in sales roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed targets

Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment Willingness to travel and work on weekends/holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
•
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, etc.
