Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering the right vehicle solutions, and closing sales. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for automobiles, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements
Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
Arrange test drives and follow up with potential buyers
Maintain in-depth knowledge of available vehicle models, financing options, and ongoing promotions
Prepare quotations, process paperwork, and assist with vehicle registration and delivery
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data
Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trend
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automobile or retail industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
Passion for automobiles and strong product knowledge
Customer-first attitude with a focus on building relationships
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
