Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi (Base Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days a week, On-Site & Field Visit)

Work Coverage: Delhi / Delhi NCR

Role Summary -

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive with a two-wheeler (preferably a bike) to join our team. You will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, meeting prospects in various regions inside Delhi or Delhi NCR, and effectively communicating project details to potential clients.

This is an active field sales role requiring regular travel across the NCR region, with full reimbursement provided for all work-related commutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, pitch to, and onboard potential clients and prospects across Delhi or Delhi NCR.

• On-Site Client Presentations: Travel to various parts of Delhi or Delhi NCR to present project details, pitch value propositions, and resolve prospect queries.

• Out-of-State Visits: Be open to traveling out of state on a rare, need-based basis for client meetings, project briefings, or company expansion events.

• Daily Reporting: Operate out of our central office in Connaught Place, Delhi, to participate in morning briefings and align on field schedules.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements/ Essential Criteria

• Mandatory Requirement: Must own an operational Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License for daily field travel.

• Location: Must currently reside in Delhi or Delhi NCR with the ability to commute daily to the office and navigate to any provided location in Delhi/ Delhi NCR.

• Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working 6 days a week on-site/in the field.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum educational requirement is a Graduation Degree in any discipline.

• Experience Level: Freshers are encouraged to apply! Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development will also be considered.

• Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.

• Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner with good negotiation skills and time management.

Compensation & Allowances

• Fixed Salary: Competitive fixed monthly salary in the range of 20,000 to 35,000 per month.

• Commute Allowance: Every work-related commute charge is fully compensated with a separate fuel/commute allowance by the company.

• Outstation Expenses: All travel, boarding, and lodging expenses covered for occasional out-of-state visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
