Job Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right car based on their needs and budget.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valid driving license is preferred.
