Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling. 

• Relationship Building:

  Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and developing new client relationships. 

• Sales Process:

  Understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. 

• Territory Management:

  Managing a specific sales territory, including travel, planning, and scheduling appointments. 

• Sales Reporting:

  Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance data. 

• Customer Satisfaction:

  Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and follow-up. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and their benefits. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. 

• Market Analysis:

  Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
