Pitch Airtel Xstream Fiber plans, Wi-Fi packages, and companion entertainment offerings to homeowners.
Collect necessary customer KYC documentation on the field and upload it via the Airtel internal application.
Coordinate directly with technical installation teams to ensure timely service activation

Acquire commercial accounts by visiting retail shops, clinics, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and coaching institutes.
Sell customized Airtel Business solutions, including Enterprise Broadband, leased internet lines, and corporate postpaid connections.
Conduct business cold-calling and manage territorial corporate relationships.
Handle commercial B2B KYC compliance requirements and legal business identity proofs.
Profile 3- Online Champ- Key Responsibilities:
Connect with digital/online leads rapidly (often within a strict window, like 10 minutes from registration).
Balance responsibilities split roughly between internal calling/coordination (50%) and physical customer location visits for field demos and closure (50%).
Upsell and cross-sell premium products such as high-tier Xstream Fiber connections, premium Postpaid SIM integrations, and Airtel Payments Bank ecosystem features.
Meet rapid daily conversion targets to prevent lead expiration.
