नौकरी की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• सीधी बिक्री (Direct Sales) – ऐसे व्यापारियों की पहचान करें जो बैंक से जुड़ना चाहते हैं और उन्हें इंडसइंड बैंक के बिजनेस कोरस्पॉन्डेंट (BC) के रूप में जोड़ें ताकि वे अपने इलाके में लोगों को बैंक की सुविधाएं दे सकें।

• ग्राहक प्रबंधन (Customer Management) – बीएमएस व्यापारियों के साथ अच्छे रिश्ते बनाकर रखें और ग्राहकों के साथ भी बातचीत कर के व्यापार को बढ़ाएं। फील्ड में ग्राहकों से बात करने और उन्हें समझाने की अच्छी क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

• लक्ष्य पूरा करना और उत्पादकता दिखाना – हर महीने निर्धारित टारगेट के अनुसार व्यापारियों को जोड़ना और उनके माध्यम से बैंक में पैसे जमा करवाना। इसके साथ ही पर्सनल लोन या छोटे व्यापारिक लोन भी बेचना आना चाहिए।

• प्रक्रिया और नियमों का पालन – दिए गए लोन की पूरी वसूली करना, बैंक के नियमों का पूरी तरह पालन करना और अपने ब्रांच के लोन पोर्टफोलियो की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना।
