Location: Raipur, Bhilai, Durg, Bilaspur, Kanker

Position: Field Sales Executive / Paint Advisor

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass
Graduates preferred

Salary:

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
+ Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Regular visits to dealer counters to maintain relationships and ensure product visibility.
Identify and approach newly constructed buildings for potential paint requirements.
Engage with customers renovating their homes or buildings, offering product guidance and support.
Promote Berger Paints products and assist in color selection and technical queries.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in Paint Industry, Building Materials, or FMCG sectors will be given preference.

डीलर काउंटर पर नियमित विज़िट करना और अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना

घर या इमारत की मरम्मत/नवीनीकरण कर रहे ग्राहकों से मिलना और उन्हें उत्पाद की जानकारी देना
Berger Paints के उत्पादों को प्रमोट करना और रंग चयन में सहायता करना
बाज़ार से प्रतिक्रिया और प्रतिस्पर्धी जानकारी एकत्र करना

अनुभव:

पेंट उद्योग, बिल्डिंग मटेरियल्स, या एफएमसीजी (FMCG) क्षेत्र में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

आवश्यक कौशल:

अच्छी संप्रेषण और संवाद क्षमता
लक्ष्य आधारित कार्य करने की क्षमता
