Sales Executive

Job Overview

Bajaj Finserv is looking for energetic graduates for the Payment Merchant Sales team. The candidate will be

responsible for acquiring and onboarding merchants and promoting digital payment solutions such as QR, Soundbox

and Swipe/EDC machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants for Bajaj Finserv Payment Solutions.

• Visit shops, retailers and business establishments in the assigned area.

• Promote and onboard merchants for QR, Soundbox and Swipe/EDC machines.

• Generate leads through field visits, references and market mapping.

• Explain product features, benefits and payment solutions to merchants.

• Complete merchant onboarding, KYC and required documentation.

• Drive merchant activation and transaction volumes.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly acquisition and business targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants.

• Submit daily sales and field activity reports.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and customer-focused.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, UPI and digital payments preferred.
