Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into sales.
Visit clients across Delhi NCR to present SurakshaMitra's security and surveillance solutions.
Promote services including:
- 24×7 Live CCTV Monitoring
- AI-Based Security Monitoring
- CCTV Installation
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Remote Surveillance Solutions
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for successful project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports in the CRM or reporting system.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, CCTV, Security, IT, Telecom, or B2B Sales. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
Own bike/scooter with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
