Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate revenue by promoting and selling the company's products or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Sales Presentation
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Monitor individual sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Successfully close sales and ensure smooth order processing.
6. Market Research
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to management.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Forecast future sales opportunities and maintain sales documentation.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, finance, logistics, and customer support teams.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services and excellent after-sales support.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
