- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their banking needs and provide solutions.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.

- Product Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of banking products to cross-sell and up-sell, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Reporting and Feedback: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
