Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers for the bank. The role involves field sales, customer relationship building, and meeting.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new through references.
Generate leads via cold calling, market visits, and networking.
Cross-sell banking products such as Debit & Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, FD/RD, Insurance, and Loans.
Build and maintain relationships with individual customers and business clients.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance as per bank policies.
Achieve monthly CASA targets set by the bank.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
0–3 years of experience in banking sales / financial services / BFSI sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
