Job Summary:
We are looking for Sales Executives with strong experience in CASA Sales, Loans, Deposits, and other banking products. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, business development, field sales, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new customers through field visits and direct sales.
Acquire CASA accounts, deposits, loans, and other banking products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Conduct market visits and generate leads.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the branch team for account opening and loan processing.
Maintain daily sales and customer activity reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in core banking sales / field sales is preferred.
Strong experience in CASA, Loans, Deposits, or similar banking products.
Candidates from Co-operative Banks, Nationalized Banks, Private Banks, or NBFCs can be considered.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
Local candidates with knowledge of the respective market will be preferred
