About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, with good communication and relationship-building skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Handle leads from initial contact through conversion.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions when required.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable for field visits.
