Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
Visit clients, present products/services, and promote company offerings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Prepare and send quotations, follow up for orders and payments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
Gather market and competitor information and provide feedback to management.
Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and customer events when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (Freshers can also apply for junior roles).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email).
Ability to travel for client visits and business development.
