Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, property values, and industry legislation.
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to ensure properties are effectively promoted.
Prepare and review sales contracts and coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure a smooth closing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
