Job Description

Job Title: Colour Consultant (CC)

Greetings from Caspian Management Services!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand the overall décor of the house and help customers choose from various colour families & Décor elements.

2. Advise clients on various themes and interior designs to enhance the décor of their rooms.

3. Generate maximum color consultation leads to SPS and Décor Categories.

4. Help set moodboard/theme/color palette for the home with the use of colour and pick colors to create a space that reflects its inhabitants.

5. Build credibility with customers, ensure high satisfaction, and achieve NPS ratings.

6. Follow proper consultation process.

7. Maintain assigned reports.

Salary: ₹23k Gross + Incentives and other employee benefits
