About the Role:
We’re looking for active and friendly people to join our team as Sales Officers for Home Loans. Your job will be to find new customers, meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with local partners and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

🔸 Can plan and manage work area smartly
🔸 Confident in explaining home loan products
🔸 Basic knowledge of documents like KYC
🔸 Positive attitude and team player

What You’ll Do:
✅ Visit different areas to find new leads
✅ Build good relations with builders, agents, and local partners
✅ Help customers with home loan applications
✅ Keep track of daily work and reports
✅ Join team meetings every day
✅ Find and manage local agents (DSAs)
✅ Guide customers with documents and loan process

Education & Experience:
Graduate (any stream)
Freshers or 6 months to 1 year of sales experience welcome
Field sales or home loan experience is a bonus
