We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Recruiter to join our FMCG team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates for FMCG Sales roles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, calls and references.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Understand sales hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for manpower requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG/Sales hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with recruitment deadlines.
