We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for onboarding cab drivers and taxi owners to our platform. The candidate must be comfortable working in the field, meeting new drivers daily, explaining the onboarding process, and ensuring successful registration.
Visit cab stands, driver communities, taxi owners, and fleet operators for onboarding.
Explain cab partner benefits, commission structure, earnings, and app usage.
Assist drivers with document collection such as RC, license, insurance, PAN, Aadhaar, permits, etc.
Support drivers in app installation, account setup, and KYC completion.
Conduct training on how to receive rides, accept bookings, and handle basic app operations.
Maintain daily onboarding records and submit reports to management.
Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
Ensure driver retention and initial engagement post onboarding.
Good communication and convincing ability
Knowledge of local markets and taxi hubs
Ability to build trust among drivers and vendors
Smartphone handling & basic app knowledge
Confidence in field visits and meeting multiple drivers daily
12th pass/Graduate
Experience in cab onboarding, logistics onboarding, customer acquisition, or field sales
Own two-wheeler is preferred
