Identify and generate leads through cold calls, references, and field visits.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Present product information clearly and convincingly to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.
Complete documentation and policy applications accurately.
Stay updated on product knowledge and insurance industry trends.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (insurance experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
Basic knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage.
Graduation preferred, but not mandatory.
