As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to help grow our retail presence and dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits across the assigned city to meet with shopkeepers and retailers, promoting and selling ARD’s tool range.

• Achieve monthly sales targets by building and maintaining relationships with retail outlets.

• Provide daily feedback and sales reports to the senior team.

• Coordinate with local Area Dealers to support distribution and stock management.

• Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors in the region.

• Visit the company office when required for training and performance reviews.

• Participate in regular product and sales training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings.

• Resolve customer and retailer queries quickly and professionally in coordination with company support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and door-to-door field sales, preferably in tools, hardware, or similar industry.

• Previous experience working with dealers and local distributors.

• Smart, energetic, and well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area on a daily basis.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Basic skills in daily reporting and communication with head office.

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
