Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and walk-in guests to drive room, banquet, and service sales.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation to increase revenue and brand visibility.
Promote hotel services including accommodation, food & beverage, conferences, weddings, and special events with tailored sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages while ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations, front office, and marketing teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and successful events.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective follow-ups.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases using CRM tools.
Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen market presence.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
