Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales Executives for the Apollo–SBI Credit Card Project, a collaboration between Apollo Pharmacy and SBI Cards. This is a high-opportunity role offering fixed salary + attractive monthly incentives for candidates passionate about sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)

• Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.

• Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.

• Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.

Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.

• Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT.

  Operational:

• Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in approaching customers directly.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
