Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Credit Card Sales Executives, responsible for driving credit card sales through in-store engagement at Apollo Pharmacies and field-based sales activities. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
- Engage pharmacy customers to introduce and pitch relevant credit card products.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage.
- Collect and verify KYC documents accurately.
- Ensure consistent display and visibility of promotional materials and branding.

Field Sales:
Visit residential neighborhoods, corporate offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to promote credit card offerings.
Generate new leads through cold calls, walk-ins, and customer referrals.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Operational Duties:
- Maintain daily logs of customer interactions, applications submitted, and conversions achieved.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely application approval and customer onboarding.
- Adhere to all banking and regulatory compliance norms during the sales and documentation process.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card/financial product sales preferred.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Persuasive and confident in direct customer engagement.
