Key Responsibilities
·         Promote and sell Mahindra Vehicles through field visits and showroom walk-ins

·         Identify prospective buyers via cold calls, referrals, and leads

·         Explain features, variants, finance options, and accessories to customers

·         Arrange vehicle demos, test drives, and coordinate timely delivery

·         Build strong rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals

·         Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports

Skills Required
·        4 wheeler DL and 2 wheeler mandatory only for male candidates. Interested female candidates need not need any license and no 2 wheeler required and only inside sales.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confident in approaching customers and handling objections

·         Passion for cars, sales, and the automotive industry

·         Good understanding of vehicle features and competitive offerings
