Sales Job – Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Negotiate with customers and assist with order/payment processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
