Manage original bookings with reputed builders and developers.
Explain payment plans, project details, and builder policies to clients.
Coordinate with developers for booking formalities and documentation.
✅ Site Visit:
Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
Present the property’s features, benefits, and location highlights.
Address client queries and follow up to close deals effectively.
✅ Documentation & Coordination:
Assist in agreement preparation, legal verification, and registration process.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth transactions.
✅ Market Research & Reporting:
Stay updated on current market trends, new project launches, and property prices.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales & purchase.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of local property markets and builders.
Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits.
