2. Managing 20 plus stores & ensuring productivity and quality delivered.

3. Preparing Store roster for daily volume planning & distribution.

4. Encouraging, identifying and developing best practice.

5. Creating, Managing & analyzing performance reports & sharing dive deep.

6. Ensuring daily goals achieved within timeline.
