Sales Executive

Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, builders, brokers, DSAs, property consultants, and other market channels.

Identify and develop prospective customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Meet prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.

Source and collect loan applications and ensure complete documentation as per company policies.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Verification teams for smooth processing of loan applications.

Follow up on login, sanction, documentation, and disbursement of loan cases.

Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the loan process and provide timely updates.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Generate leads through market visits, references, tele-calling, networking, and business partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets.

Ensure quality sourcing of loan cases in accordance with the company's credit and compliance guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, applications, and sales activities.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with channel partners.

Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Provide post-sales support and assist customers with queries related to their loan accounts.
