
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Team by managing client inquiries, coordinating bookings, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client communication. This role includes on‑field responsibilities, such as meeting clients, conducting site or service walkthroughs, and assisting the sales team during external visits and events.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong customer‑focused approach. Candidates from a Hospitality background are encouraged to apply. Freshers or experienced professionals, especially MBA pass-outs, with good English communication skills will be given preference. A personal vehicle is mandatory for on‑field travel.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Coordinate bookings and assist in preparing proposals
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
Conduct on-field visits, client meetings, and service/property walkthroughs
Support the Sales Team in daily operations and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
MBA pass-out preferred
Hospitality background is an added advantage
Strong English communication skills
Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented
Must have a personal vehicle for on-field duties
Willingness to travel as part of the role
