Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality aluminum doors and windows, seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is open to both freshers eager to kickstart their career in sales and experienced professionals with a proven track record in the industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and approach potential clients, including builders, architects, contractors, and individual customers.

 Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our aluminum doors and windows to prospective clients.

 Prepare and share quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.

 Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to the management.

Requirements For Freshers:

 M.B.A. in Marketing.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude toward sales.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Willingness to travel for client meetings.

For Experienced Candidates:

 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in aluminum doors/windows, construction, or related industries. (Fresher also can apply)

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

 Existing network of clients in the construction or home improvement sector is a plus.

 Knowledge of aluminum door/window specifications and industry standards.
