Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Ais Robotech (opc) Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹90000 and prospects of growth.

We are hiring a Sales Champion to join our team at Ais Robotech (opc) Private Limited. The role secure large, consistent orders (Volume Job Work) for our in-house CNC machining facility. Our main focus is getting stable, recurring work from wholesale auto parts distributors and industrial manufacturers in Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad (especially the Kashmere Gate area).

We aim for 500 to 1,000 pieces per month per client, not small 10-piece orders.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹40000 Fixed and Sales Bonus upto ₹50000 with prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Visit & Research: Daily visits to key industrial areas and trade markets like Kashmere Gate, Noida Industrial Sectors, and Ghaziabad to meet with wholesalers, distributors, and potential buyers.

• Order Acquisition (Sales Target): Secure a minimum of 2-3 new clients per month who will place regular, recurring volume orders.

• Part Identification: Quickly identify which small metal components (for our Mini VMC) or large plastic/aluminum panels (for our High-Speed Router) we can manufacture efficiently in volume.

• Negotiation & Pitching: Convince clients that our quality is high and our price for mid-to-high volume orders is better than their current suppliers.

• Order Management: Take the order, clearly communicate the requirements to our production team, and ensure on-time delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably selling Auto Parts, Industrial Components, or Fabrication/Machining Job Work in the Delhi-NCR market.

• Market Knowledge: Good familiarity with the wholesale auto parts market (Kashmere Gate) and the industrial clusters of Noida/Ghaziabad.

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Key Skills (Must Have):

  • Excellent Convincing and Communication Skills.

  • Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings or product samples.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Email).

  • Having your own bike is a big advantage for fieldwork.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
