Overview

Adeba Trading is a multi-divisional distributor and wholesaler serving the hospitality industry based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. An opportunity has arisen in our organization for a Sales Executive. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our product divisions and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by executing sales strategies to expand market presence.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Promote our products and solutions for potential customers.

  • Visit potential customers, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

  • Maintain and update customer databases.

  • Address customer challenges, enhance their experience, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to the Management to refine strategies.

  • Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide insights to management.

  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA segment.

  • Strong and in-depth understanding of the local market.

  • Valid Indian driving license with willingness to travel extensively.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

  • Fluency in English and Kannada; knowing Hindi would be advantageous.
