Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive (Field Sales) to lead our business development efforts in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, specifically in cardio surgery, nephro surgery and critical care products. The candidate must possess strong relationship management skills, field sales expertise and a deep understanding of the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

• Promote and demonstrate medical products related to cardio surgery, nephro surgery and critical care.

• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with clients and prospects.

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop counter strategies.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to the management.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery and after-sales support.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and medical regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/medical/healthcare or any relevant field.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience in the medical/pharma domain.

• Strong knowledge and existing network in cardio surgery, nephrology and critical care sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, travel extensively within the region and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Must possess a valid driving license.
