Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Promote and demonstrate medical products related to cardio surgery, nephro surgery and critical care.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop counter strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and medical regulations.
