Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Delivery Executive to manage on-site delivery, perform sales visits, and provide live demonstrations of pharmaceutical or medical products to customers, healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field experience, and the ability to educate customers on product usage and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote and sell company products.

• Deliver products directly to clients and ensure proper handover, billing, and documentation.

• Conduct live product demonstrations and educate end-users on usage, benefits, and precautions.

• Provide after-sales support, answer client queries, and resolve any basic product-related issues.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain daily logs of customer visits, deliveries, demos, and sales conversions.

• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and sales support teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Collect payments and maintain records as required (invoices, receipts, proof of delivery).

• Stay updated on product features, medical usage, and competitor activity in the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Life Sciences, Pharma, or Allied Health preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, pharma delivery, or medical product demonstration.

• Basic understanding of pharma/medical devices or healthcare products.

• Should own a valid driving license and two-wheeler.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
