Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, result-driven Sales Executives / Managers who excel in B2B & Direct Sales. Candidates with exhibition, events, real estate, luxury, or high-ticket sales experience will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients for exhibition space sales

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Pitch solutions to senior professionals, CXOs & business owners

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution and client servicing


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–6 years of experience in B2B / Direct Sales (exhibitions, real estate, luxury, media preferred)

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle high-ticket sales and conversions

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by incentives

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers
