Salary: CTC: ₹4.80 - 6.00 Lakh per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview: HRBL is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 3-5 years of

experience in the industrial paint industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales

background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting

relationships with clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial paint sector and

surrounding areas.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

 Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

 Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.

 Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

 Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional

strategies.

 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

 Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market

conditions.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial paint or related industry.

 Strong knowledge of paint products, applications, and market trends.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
