Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Client Consultation: Understand customer pain points and needs to present relevant products or services.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize contracts.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Pipeline Management: Track and update all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation and pitching abilities.
Negotiation: Strong aptitude for bargaining, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
Resilience: A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, combined with a proven track record in sales.
