Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Client Consultation: Understand customer pain points and needs to present relevant products or services.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize contracts.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Pipeline Management: Track and update all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
