About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with relevant experience in Industrial Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Gear Boxes, Motors and related industrial products.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, handling existing accounts, generating enquiries, preparing technical-commercial offers and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Generate enquiries and business opportunities through regular customer visits.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Handle products related to:
Industrial Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Hydraulic Pumps & Valves
Hydraulic Motors & Cylinders
Gear Boxes / Gear Motors
Industrial Motors
Power Transmission Products
Prepare and follow up on quotations and technical offers.
Coordinate with internal technical, sales and back-office teams.
Regularly follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new industries, customers and applications.
Maintain proper customer visit reports, enquiry status and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with principals/OEMs for technical and commercial requirements.
Support customers with basic technical application understanding and product selection.
Mandatory Requirements
1–2 years of relevant sales experience in Industrial Hydraulics / Pneumatics / Gear Boxes / Motors / Industrial Automation or related products is mandatory.
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics or equivalent.
Must own a Two-Wheeler.
Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
Good knowledge of the local industrial market will be an advantage.
Candidate should be target-oriented, disciplined and willing to develop new business.

Candidates currently working with or having experience in:
Hydraulic / Pneumatic Companies | Industrial Automation | Gear Box & Gear Motor Companies | Electric Motors | Power Transmission | Industrial Equipment | Engineering Products | OEM / MRO Sales
will be preferred.
