Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2+ years of experience to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on site.

• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly.

• Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress reports.

• Ensure timely completion of work according to project schedules.

• Address and resolve technical issues during construction.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

• Good site management and supervision skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction software

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
