Visit hotels, residential societies, builders, homes, and retail stores regularly to identify and generate new sales leads.
Engage with potential clients and retailers to understand their automation needs and promote our solutions.
Build relationships with key decision-makers like hotel managers, society heads, builders, and store owners.
Collect client requirements and share detailed information with the sales and operations teams.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Support marketing and sales teams with field insights and customer feedback.
Represent the company professionally during all field visits and client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with frequent travel and visiting multiple client locations daily.
Ability to generate leads through direct interaction and relationship building.
Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, or lead generation is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Travel requirements: 80–90%.
