We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our airport store team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with professionalism and elegance.
• Greet and assist domestic & international passengers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
• Provide product knowledge including material, care instructions & styling advice
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Ensure display hygiene and product organization
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
• Assist in stock counting and inventory management
• Follow airport retail compliance & security protocols
• Maintain well-groomed appearance as per brand standards
• Deliver luxury-level customer service experience
• Build repeat customer relationships where possible
• 8 hours per day
• Store operational 24 hours
• 3 rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
• 1 weekly off (except Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
