We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Sales Coordinator for one of our reputed clients located in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. Please find the job details below:

Position Title: Assistant Sales Coordinator

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Travel: Within Maharashtra (Approx. 7–8 times per month)
Experience: 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across designated states.

• Handle billing processes for assigned regions.

• Coordinate and support spare parts sales operations.

• Follow up and manage payment collections from clients.

• Conduct regular service review meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Manage and track contract renewals and maintain documentation.

• Maintain accurate sales support records and generate reports as needed.

• Ensure effective coordination with internal teams for timely service delivery.

• Perform administrative and follow-up tasks as required.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

• Ability to travel within Maharashtra as per business requirements.

• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
