MICE Sales Executive – STAR M.I.C.E. (Short Job Description)

Generate new corporate leads for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized event and travel proposals.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and vendors to obtain the best rates and services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Follow up on inquiries, maintain the sales pipeline, and ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the operations team for smooth event execution.
Prepare sales reports and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
