Identify and generate new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
Meet corporate, commercial, and industrial clients to understand energy requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessments.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project reports.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Track market trends, competitors, and project pipelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
1–3 years of experience in solar sales / EPC sales / B2B energy solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and DISCOM procedures is preferred.
Willingness to travel within and around Pune.
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
